Through one-on-one lifestyle coaching, you'll gain deeper insights into how your choices impact your health. We will also identify and address underlying issues related to food sensitivities. This program can be done as a stand alone but is best paired with Optimize.

Optimize Your Life is the ultimate program designed to go beyond just nutrition and lifestyle. It focuses on addressing the root causes of health issues, while also supporting detox and healing through muscle testing, whole food supplements, and the release of trapped emotions. This holistic approach helps restore balance and promote true wellness, empowering you to feel vibrant, energized, and aligned with your body’s natural rhythm.

What You'll Experience Inside SYNC
SYNC is a 4-week, guided cycle-syncing journey designed to help you live in alignment with how God created your body.
Rather than pushing through every day the same way, you'll learn how to Seek, Create, Nourish, and Yield in step with the natural phases of your cycle — honoring both your biology and your faith.
The 4-Week Guided Program
Each week focuses on one phase of your cycle and the spiritual posture it invites:
Week 1 — SEEK (Menstruation)
Slow down, listen, and seek God's wisdom for your body during this reflective phase.
Week 2 — CREATE (Follicular)
Energy begins to rise. This is your time to dream, plan, and initiate with clarity and purpose.
Week 3 — NOURISH (Ovulation)
At your peak, you're invited to nourish your body, relationships, and spirit as you connect and shine.
Week 4 — YIELD (Luteal)
Wind down, release control, and prepare for what's next with grace and intention.
Each week includes pre-recorded audio and video teachings from Christy, guiding you through the hormonal, physical, emotional, and spiritual themes of that phase.
